Nice Vintage hand woven Tie and Dye cloth from IVORY COAST / Côte d'Ivoire ( Bondoukou town ) West Africa.
This is a "Woman size" cloth and measures 63" ( 160 cm ) x 40" ( 101 cm ).
The cloth is in good condition with the exception of 2 holes, some stains, and some wear due to usage and age. Please see photos.
Ivory Coast cloth that is hand woven on a horizontal treadle loom.
The strips are sewn together into larger pieces of cloths. In present days is still used as a cloth in Ivory Coast but is also used by collectors of fine woven cloths and artifacts as Wall hanging, sofa or bed covering !
