Handmade Beaded Bracelet – Glass & Brass Beads from Ghana
Elevate your style with this stunning beaded bracelet, handcrafted in Ghana, West Africa. Featuring a mix of vibrant glass beads and elegant brass beads, this bracelet embodies traditional African artistry and craftsmanship. Strung on a durable elastic stretch cord, it easily slips onto your wrist for a comfortable fit.
- Inner circumference (unstretched): Approximately 6 3/4" (17 cm)
- Comfortable fit for wrists up to: 8" (21 cm)
- Bead size: 9 - 11 mm in diameter
Brass Beads – The Lost Wax Technique:
Handcrafted in the Ashanti region of Ghana (Kumasi), the brass beads in this bracelet are made using the ancient Lost Wax technique. Each bead requires a custom wax mold, which is destroyed in the casting process—making every piece one of a kind.
Glass Beads – Recycled & Handcrafted:
Originating from the Krobo region, the glass beads are made from crushed recycled bottles and glass items. The fine glass powder is placed in clay molds and fired in traditional firewood kilns to create the unique and colorful beads.
Every bead in this bracelet is 100% handmade, ensuring authenticity and a direct connection to African heritage and craftsmanship.
YOUR BRACELET WILL BE IDENTICAL TO THE STRAND SHOWN IN THE PHOTOGRAPH (GIVEN NORMAL VARIATION SINCE THESE BEADS ARE ALL COMPLETELY HANDMADE).
