Presenting a stunning strand of eight (8) rare antique Venetian Chevron beads featuring a striking 4-layer composition: white core, brick red layer, white intermediate, and blue outer layer, all adorned with vibrant green stripes. These old Rosetta beads are a prized find, cherished by collectors and bead enthusiasts worldwide for their unique coloration and layered craftsmanship.

These Antique Chevron beads-also known as Venetian Chevron beads, Rosetta beads, and Old Chevron trade beads-were handcrafted in Venice, Italy in the early 1900s for use in the African trade. The meticulous glassworking technique involved drawing layered glass canes and cutting them to reveal the starburst pattern we now recognize as the hallmark of Chevron beads.
